Location: Glasgow
Franchise: Land Rover
Hours: Thursday/Friday (8am - 6pm), Saturday (9am - 5pm) & Sunday (10am - 4pm)
OverviewAn excellent opportunity has arisen for a Receptionist within our Sales Department at our Land Rover Glasgow showroom. If you are self‑motivated and can offer excellent customer service, then we can offer you the opportunity to join our dedicated team.
Responsibilities- Cover reception in the Sales Showroom
- Meet and greet customers
- Be of smart appearance
- Have an excellent, confident and professional manner
- Understand the importance of exceptional customer service
- Be able to undertake basic administrative duties
- Be pleasant, helpful and courteous
- Have a polite and warm telephone manner
