Key Responsibilities
- Managing a shared mailbox and responding to queries in a timely manner
- Supporting material management processes
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are prioritised effectively
- General administrative support within a busy commercial team
- Keeping systems and workflows organised and up to date
- Previous administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Outlook essential)
- Experience with Docu Sign and SAP (preferred)
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities
- Strong attention to detail and ability to keep information well organised
