An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Repairs & Maintenance Assistant to join a busy housing organisation on a temporary basis. This is a great role for someone with experience within a housing or maintenance environment, looking to make an immediate impact.
Your new role- Log and process repair requests efficiently
- Schedule and coordinate reactive and planned maintenance works
- Liaise with tenants, contractors, and internal teams
- Monitor progress of repairs and ensure timely completion
- Maintain accurate records and support compliance requirements
- Experience in housing repairs or maintenance administration
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage a busy workload and meet deadlines
- Customer‑focused approach
- Immediate start available
- Experience with in a reputable housing organisation
- Potential for contract extension
