The Role
We are looking to recruit a self‑motivated Repairs Administrator to join our team. Based out of our Culrain Street offices and reporting primarily to our Corporate Services Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective running of Upkeep’s repairs administrative function.
- Administer and monitor daily work schedules for employees using a work scheduling system.
- Accurately progress jobs and process documentation for weekly payroll deadline.
- Communicate with tradespersons, trade supervisors and customers on all repairs related matters.
- Prioritize workload effectively, respond to changing priorities and contribute to team goals and projects.
- Serve as the first point of contact for all Upkeep’s customers and staff.
You must have previous experience in a customer environment including dealing with customers on the telephone; working to deadlines in fast‑paced reactive environments. You should have the ability to prioritize your workload effectively, respond to changing priorities, and contribute to team goals and projects.
