Employee Compliance Coordinator – Ross Hall Hospital
Position:
Part‑time (15 hours per week)

Hours:
Flexible shift pattern, Monday‑Friday, mainly core business hours.
- Maths, English GCSE at grades A to C or equivalent functional skills level 2 evidence.
- HR qualification desirable but not essential.
- Working up‑to‑date knowledge of IT systems (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Secretarial/organisational skills.
- Professional telephone manner.
- Fluent in English and strong communication skills.
- Excellent time‑management and organisational skills.
- Competent in filing and archiving documents.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential work.
- Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
- Diplomatic approach when dealing with internal and external customers.
- Ability to work under pressure and think on your feet.
- Good problem‑solving skills with the ability to present solutions.
- Positive, calm attitude with a "can do" mindset.
- Adaptable and flexible.
- Self‑initiative, able to make decisions based on set protocols.
- Ready to take minutes and prepare meeting paperwork when required.
- Willingness to undertake ad‑hoc tasks supporting the senior team.
- Discretion with very sensitive HR information.
- Support or cover the Consultant Registration Database in the absence of the Executive Assistant.
- Lead and maintain a professional, efficient process to ensure accurate and compliant staff records are kept.
- Maintain accurate records on Circle Health Group systems to demonstrate compliance with legislation and CQC/HIS/HIW best practice.
- Ensure DBS/PVG checks, professional registrations, right‑to‑work documentation, and occupational health fitness certificates are current.
- Securely store employee filing and upload to EDM regularly, in line with policy.
- Review and analyse monthly dashboard reports and bring findings to relevant managers.
- Process DBS/PVG applications in line with CQC/HIS/HIW guidelines.
