Temporary Administrator

Glasgow East End

£13.68 per hour

3-Month Contract (Potential Extension)

35 Hours per week, Monday to Friday

We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Administrator to join a busy team based in Glasgow's East End. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience within a fast‑paced environment while supporting a range of administrative activities across the business.

Initially offered as a 3‑month contract, there is potential for the position to be extended for the right candidate.

The Role

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to a busy office, helping to ensure day‑to‑day operations run smoothly.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Accurate data entry and maintenance of internal records
  • Managing and updating databases and spreadsheets
  • Supporting with general administrative tasks across the team
  • Assisting with document preparation and filing
  • Handling incoming emails and correspondence
  • Supporting colleagues with ad hoc administrative duties
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring information is up to date
  • Assisting with office projects and workload as required
Essential Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience within an administrative role
  • Strong data entry skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
