We are looking for an experienced office‑based customer service assistant for a temporary ongoing role at our depot in Govan, Glasgow.
Location:
Govan, Glasgow depot.
Hours:
Monday – Friday 08:00 to 17:00.
- Dealing with customer queries and responding to emails and calls
- Data entry
- Keeping information accessible by sorting and filing documents
- General administrative work
- Attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good telephone manner
- Self‑motivated individual
- Strong organisational and multi‑tasking skills
- Competent knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Full‑time ongoing temporary sick cover – duration unknown. £12.71 per hour.
