As a Pensions Administrator, you’ll play a key role within our friendly and supportive Pensions Administration team. This is a great opportunity to develop your technical expertise while delivering a high-quality service to both our clients and their members.
This role is offered on a hybrid basis, and we are open to candidates located near any of our UK offices.
What you’ll be doing
* Managing a wide range of pension administration activities, including leavers, data updates, setting up benefits into payment, and responding to member enquiries
* Supporting annual scheme events and updates
* Performing pension calculations with guidance from your team
* Accurately inputting and maintaining pensions data across systems
* Delivering work within agreed timescales and maintaining high quality standards
* Collaborating with colleagues to drive continuous improvements in processes and client service
What we’re looking for
* Strong numeracy skills and confidence working in a numbers-focused role
* Previous experience in pensions administration is desirable, ideally with knowledge of Defined Benefit (DB) schemes
* GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English (Grade C / 4 or above)
* Good IT skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and databases
* Excellent organisation and attention to detail
* A team player with strong collaboration skills
* Ability to quickly understand and follow processes and procedures
