Contract Administrator – Glasgow
Full‑Time | Permanent
We are recruiting an organised and proactive Contract Administrator to join a growing Glasgow office that specialises in FM, construction and social housing.
Responsibilities- Schedule works and coordinate engineers
- Update internal systems and maintain accurate records
- Raise purchase orders and process completion paperwork
- Maintain effective communication with clients, tenants, subcontractors and engineers
- Previous administration experience
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Good Excel knowledge and excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage a busy workload
- Experience with SimPRO is beneficial
