We are working with a well-established organisation to recruit a Senior Administrator to join their Glasgow office. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a strong eye for detail, particularly when it comes to document formatting, proofreading, and producing professional correspondence.
You will play a key role in supporting a busy team, ensuring documents, records, communications, and administrative processes are managed efficiently and accurately.
The RoleThe successful candidate will provide high-level administrative support across a range of business functions, helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of operations.
Key responsibilities include:- Formatting, editing, and proofreading documents, reports, and correspondence to a high standard
- Preparing professional documents, presentations, and client communications
- Managing diaries, meetings, and scheduling requirements
- Maintaining accurate records, files, and databases
- Supporting client onboarding and administrative processes
- Handling incoming correspondence and communications with internal and external stakeholders
- Assisting with proposals, reports, and business documentation
- Coordinating travel arrangements and meeting logistics where required
- Supporting wider office administration and operational activities
- Ensuring all documentation is produced accurately and within required timescales
- Previous experience in a senior administrative role within a professional services environment
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Strong experience formatting complex documents and producing professional correspondence
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Be highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
