Pelion is seeking a proactive Executive Support & Office Coordinator for their Glasgow office. This role is ideal for recent graduates or those early in their careers, providing support to the leadership team with diary management, meeting coordination, and general administration.

You will help maintain a welcoming office environment, manage supplies, and assist in operational processes. The position offers a hybrid working model, with 3 days in the Glasgow office, and benefits including health plans and 25 days of holiday.
