Operations Administrator

The Operations Administrator will be responsible for ensuring administrative tasks for the Fencing, Devegetation, Drainage and RRV teams are provided in a timely and accurate manner.

• Maintain training records for all operatives
• Ensuring competencies are kept in date
• Book Training for the Managers
• Co-ordinate with Managers and organise training courses
• Liaise with training department regarding training
• Assist managers with resource planning and communication
• Collate information for external and internal KPIs
• Liaise with accounts and answer any queries with outstanding Delivery Tickets
• Take minutes of any required meetings
• Scan and file site folders
• Any administrative duties as required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience of administrative duties.
• Must be competent in IT Systems and be able to communicate written communications and information appropriately.
• Prepared to drive to Rench Farm and to the Glasgow office.
