Are you an experienced Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant looking for a rewarding role where your organisational expertise can contribute to a meaningful cause?

My client is a respected charity organisation based in the East Dunbartonshire area of Glasgow, they are looking for a highly professional, proactive and capable PA to provide first-class support to their senior leadership team. This will be a temporary role initially for 3 months, however for the right candidate their maybe longer-term opportunities available. Hours of work are Monday to Friday 35 per week, this is an office based role with parking available on site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactive and complex diary management
  • Coordinating meetings, appointments and events for 5 senior members of staff
  • Arranging domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, visas and itineraries
  • Managing changing priorities and resolving scheduling conflicts
  • Preparing meeting packs, agendas and presentation materials
  • Handling confidential correspondence and sensitive information
  • Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
About You

You will be an experienced Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or Senior Administrator with exceptional organisational skills and a proactive approach.

We're looking for someone who has:
  • Proven experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams
  • Exceptional diary and calendar management skills
  • Experience arranging complex UK and international travel
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • High levels of discretion and professionalism
