We are currently looking to recruit a further enthusiastic and reliable Reception/Administration Assistant to join our team.
The vacancy we have is for a part-time staff member of staff to work hrs per week on a Monday, Wednesday and a Friday from 8.30am until 6pm. However we are looking for a staff member who can flex up to cover holidays and at busier times of the year, so will require a degree of flexibility from the successful applicant.
This role requires excellent communication and IT skills as well as previous experience in a fast paced patient or customer facing role.
You must be able to work under pressure, adapt in busy and unpredictable situations whilst upholding patient confidentiality at all times.
Previous experience in a GP or healthcare setting and with GP computer systems (EMIS and Docman) is desirable. However, full training will be provided to the right candidate.

In return, we offer a supportive and fun working environment with a focus on personal development across all roles.
We offer a starting rate of £13.25 per hour and this increases to £13.45 after successful completion of a 6 month probationary period.
Annual salary increments are provided and the practice completes a pay review every year.
In addition, we offer a generous holiday allowance, bank holidays off and entry to the SPPA pension scheme with generous employer contributions.
