Opus People Solutions is seeking a highly organised Repairs & Maintenance Administrator for a 6-month fixed-term contract in East Suffolk. You will support the Maintenance Coordinators and Team Leader, coordinate appointments, raise and process work orders, and maintain accurate records to ensure timely repairs and void property activities.
This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service to customers, contractors and colleagues, while ensuring compliance and efficient administration
