Collections Assistant
Salary - £33k

Oliver Smith Recruitment are working in partnership with our key client in Glasgow to hire a Collections Assistant on a permanent basis.
Potential chance to progress to Team Leader role.
Duties:
- Collection of aged and bad debt
- Ensure strong working relationships are always maintained
- Supporting clients by identifying appropriate arrears solutions
- Completing income and expenditure forms
- Communicating solutions verbally and by phone
- Meeting quality and production targets
- Escalating any issues to Team Leader
- Escalate policy / process gaps to appropriate party
