Location: Glasgow / Hybrid
Hours: 37.5 hours a week (Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm)
Salary: Up to £42,000 per annum (Depending on Experience)
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
About the OpportunityAn exceptional opportunity has arisen for a high-calibre Executive Assistant to join a leading, award winning corporate organisation.
This is not a traditional 1:1 support role. Our client operates a sophisticated, agile support model where the Executive Support team manages incoming requests and tasks directly from various senior leadership and UK Executive Team members. This is a fast-paced, high-visibility position perfect for an Executive Assistant who thrives on variety, collaboration, and working within a modern, forward-thinking corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities- Agile Executive Support:
Respond to and manage incoming administrative requests from multiple senior executives, ensuring high-priority tasks are addressed efficiently. - Strategic Diary Management:
Proactively manage complex calendars, making strategic decisions on meeting precedence and liaising closely with other Executive Support team members. - High-Level Documentation:
Construct and produce detailed meeting agendas, briefing papers, and professional PowerPoint presentations for key strategy meetings. - Communication Management:
Screen and manage verbal and written communications for executive members, acting as a professional and effective gatekeeper. - Logistics & Events:
Coordinate complex travel, accommodation, and venue bookings, while providing coordination support for corporate roadshows and engagement events. - Operational Administration:
Support budget tracking, process executive expense claims, and manage the administrative onboarding and offboarding processes for team members.
We are seeking a proactive, self-motivated professional who remains calm under pressure and uses their initiative to solve problems before they scale. To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven Experience:
Significant experience working at Senior Management or Personal Assistant level, ideally within a rapidly changing, fast-paced corporate environment. - Technical Proficiency:
Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook. Experience using modern AI tools (such as Copilot) to drive daily administrative efficiencies is highly desirable. - Communication Excellence:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt your tone for various senior and executive audiences. - Organisational Mastery:
Outstanding ability to handle multiple conflicting priorities and manage the expectations of senior stakeholders. - Absolute Discretion: A proven track record of handling highly business-sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion.
