Location:

We're working with a well-established professional services business that is looking to add a new member to its specialist operations team based in Glasgow. The Role
Working within a specialist case handling team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of administrative matters from instruction through to completion, ensuring all work is completed accurately and within strict deadlines.
Key responsibilities include:
• Receiving and acknowledging client instructions.
• Opening and maintaining cases on the internal case management system.
• Preparing and issuing relevant documentation where required.
• Coordinating external suppliers and third parties when necessary.
• Preparing and submitting documentation in line with established processes.
• Producing accurate client quotations and cost calculations.
• Maintaining accurate electronic records throughout each case.
• Monitoring and managing deadlines to ensure service level agreements are met.
• Communicating with clients via email and other communication channels.
• Keeping up to date with procedural changes and internal working practices.
• Working closely with colleagues and internal stakeholders to ensure an exceptional client experience.
Essential Skills & Experience
• Previous administration or case handling experience within a professional services or client-focused environment.
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to complete repetitive tasks accurately.
• Confident working to multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• High level of computer literacy across Microsoft Office and other business systems.
• Comfortable working independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
• A proactive approach with a willingness to learn new processes.
• Experience providing high levels of client service.
