A well-established and highly regarded IFA firm in Glasgow is looking to appoint an experienced IFA Administrator to join their growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable, supportive business where you’ll play a key role in supporting advisers and ensuring a smooth client journey from start to finish.
The RoleYou’ll provide full administrative support to Financial Advisers, helping to deliver a high-quality service to clients.
Key responsibilities include:- Preparing documentation for client meetings and reviews
- Processing new business across pensions, investments & protection
- Liaising with providers, clients, and advisers
- Managing pipelines and tracking cases through to completion
- Maintaining accurate records on back-office systems
- Salary up to £28,000
