Parts Advisor - Preston Prestige franchised motor dealership Our client, a well respected prestigious car dealership, is looking to recruit an experienced Parts Advisor.

The Role:

Provide customers with a welcoming and individual experience in a warm and professional manner Build customer loyalty and satisfaction ensuring all requirements are met Raise invoices and take payments Stock control Re-order parts

Skills & Experience:

A passion for delivering the highest level of customer service Proven experience in a similar role, as well as Parts knowledge Self-motivated Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills An effective communicator Well-presented and personable Strong administration skills Ability to work under pressure A professional and confident telephone manner Quality awareness Excellent attention to detail Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points Working hours are 41.5 hours per week, and can be flexible!

Monday to Friday, between the hours of 6.30am - 5.30pm;
