Overview
We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Damage Assessor to join our team in Dumfries. You will be responsible for assessing vehicle damage, preparing accurate reports, and providing recommendations for repair work.
Responsibilities- Inspect vehicles and assess damage accurately.
- Produce detailed reports for repair estimates and insurance purposes.
- Liaise with customers, insurance companies, and repair teams.
- Ensure all assessments comply with company standards and industry regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of all inspections and reports.
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle structures, panels, and repair processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Full UK driving licence
