As a Vehicle Technician Apprentice you’ll combine hands‑on experience in our dealerships with structured training and the support of an experienced mentor. You’ll work towards achieving an IMI Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Servicing and Maintenance, setting you up to become a fully qualified vehicle technician.

Previous automotive experience is not required. You’ll receive the training, support and mentoring you need to succeed and build a long‑term career as a vehicle technician. If successful, you will attend the Training Academy in Daventry 12 times for 4 days each, over the 3‑year programme.

• Learn to service vehicles, checking and maintaining them following clear instructions.
• Learn to diagnose, repair and replace vehicle parts and components.
• Carry out vehicle checks and inspections.
• Produce time estimates for repairs and maintenance of vehicles.
• Maintain repair and service records on the in‑house computer system and for customers.

• A genuine interest in vehicles and the automotive industry.
• A willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• Enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
• A keen eye for detail.
• A grade C or grade 4 in English, Maths and Science.
