Excellent opportunity to join this large in‑house pension scheme, you’ll be responsible for developing, implementing, and governing employee retirement plans and benefits programs, while providing expert counsel to resolve complex issues.

• Advise and influence decision‑making at senior levels, contributing to policy development, and collaborating across multiple business divisions to deliver impactful solutions.
• Lead a team handling complex tasks, setting objectives, coaching for success, and driving performance and reward outcomes.
• This high‑profile position shapes the future of employee benefits across the organisation.

• Extensive experience managing risk frameworks for large UK occupational pension schemes.
• Strong knowledge of UK pensions legislation and regulatory codes, including the Pensions Regulator’s General Code and Own Risk Assessment requirements.
• Proven ability to advise trustee boards and executive teams, with exceptional communication and governance skills.
• Experience managing complex and evolving risks, including cyber security and data protection within pensions environments.
