Working pattern: Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm (flexible across business hours 8am-6pm)
Hybrid Working: Generally, 2 days in office (more office attendance as required)

The RoleWe're on the lookout for a Business Analyst to join our team on a fixed‑term basis as we enter a critical phase of a transformational change for the business.
What the Role is all about:As part of our programme management team, you will be an integral part of the successful delivery of transformation projects across the business. You will work closely with senior business stakeholders, end users and technology teams, in both an Agile and Waterfall methodology.
Key Responsibilities and Experience- Strong experience as a business analyst with evidence of a proven record of both business and technology change delivery.
- Experience working within a programme/project management delivery framework.
- Strong stakeholder and relationship management at all levels.
- Good knowledge of IT packages including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio/Enterprise Architect.
- An effective communicator.
- Good troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
- Self‑motivated and able to collaborate with others.
- Able to manage and prioritise a varied workload.
- Keenness to develop within the role.
While it is not essential for this role, we are keen to hear from applicants who have had experience working with a finance function or supporting finance‑related projects.
