Betting Jobs are seeking a Business Development Manager for an established and successful iGaming company to join their team based in the UK.
Responsibilities:
- Developed and executed strategic sales and marketing plans to drive growth, increase market presence, and meet revenue targets.
- Identified and secured new business opportunities and partnerships, leading contract negotiations and closing mutually beneficial deals.
- Managed the entire customer acquisition process, acting as the primary point of contact and delivering tailored solutions.
- Conducted comprehensive market and competitor research to inform strategy, identify trends, and maintain a competitive edge.
- Adapted sales and marketing approaches in response to regulatory, technological, and market changes within the web/software development industry.
- Maintained up-to-date knowledge of provider products and upcoming releases to effectively present solutions to clients.
- Ensured smooth customer onboarding and facilitated a seamless transition to Account Managers for ongoing support.
- Led initiatives to improve customer experience, brand awareness, and product adoption across retail and digital channels.
- Monitored performance metrics, conducted product and team reviews, and made data-driven adjustments for continuous improvement.
- Built and maintained relationships with key industry stakeholders including sponsors, partners, and affiliates.
- Represented the company at industry events, conferences, and expos to enhance visibility and network strategically.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in BA, Marketing or related field
- Strong understanding of the iGaming market and trends.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
