Job DescriptionIn this role you will join the Financial Accounts Team within our Financial Service Centre and be responsible for driving cross functional process improvements that support enhanced customer (sites) experience, growth, efficiency, and strategic goals. Reporting to the Financial Accounts Manager, you will scope, plan, and execute various improvement projects across all areas of the business. You will be required to closely manage key stakeholders, adhere to relevant governance, and track associated project benefits.
Alongside the delivery of Process Improvement projects, you will support the deployment of a continuous improvement culture across the business.
- Continuous Improvement – using SAP and other tools to recommend best method to enhance real-time data and leverage said tools to meet the organisation's reporting requirements.
- Analysis of current process activities and performance to identify areas of improvement opportunities.
- Development of detailed business requirements that will be translated into process or technical specifications and solutions through the frequent interaction with business areas.
- Act as a key contributor to development of strategic finance solutions.
- Provide test management and executions for process and technology solutions to ensure that they meet business requirements.
- Manage the communication, training and roll out of induction plans and solutions to business users.
- Closely collaborate with Group Finance process management team to ensure appropriate process documentation is completed.
- Engage with key stakeholders in the business and with IT throughout the lifecycle of an initiative.
- Knowledge and experience in process analysis, documentation, and improvement methodologies.
- Able to work under pressure and multi-task across many initiatives.
- The creation, management and conclusion of projects, created in line with company needs.
- Management of the FSSC KPI, assessing their suitability and implementing change to improve the department's targets.
- Able to support local business units during seasonal pinch points or unplanned gaps to ensure that deadlines and compliance are met.
- A strong eye for detail and the ability to analyse and leverage data insights;
