About The Opportunity

You’ll join Jacobs
’ 1,000‑strong Programmes & Advisory team in Europe, collaborating with specialists across the globe and across disciplines.

Our Economics and Outcomes capability delivers leading‑edge economic analysis, commercial insight, and business case development for clients across the UK, Ireland, and beyond.

Your role will be pivotal in creating integrated environments that support smarter, data‑driven decision‑making.

Responsibilities
  • Lead
    , manage and/or support high‑impact projects across infrastructure development in energy, transport, water, environment, and smart cities.
  • Advise public and private sector clients on strategy, investment, transformation, evaluation and learning.
  • Work seamlessly across technical and advisory teams to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Shape the future of infrastructure, with a strong focus on sustainable development and “no regrets decision making” for our clients in the public and private sectors.
  • Build your profile through leadership, mentoring, thought leadership, and global collaboration.
Qualifications
  • Relevant academic qualifications in economics, public policy, finance, or a related discipline.
