What you'll be doing- Deliver and manage profitable sales growth with your designated region.
- Lead, develop and drive the performance of your Area Sales Team.
- Attend joint customer service visits and regular KPI meetings.
- Develop and monitor sales systems and procedures, and make recommendations for improvements.
- Compile sales reports for the Regional Sales Director.
- A proven track record in sales within the hire and construction related industries.
- Demonstrable experience of leading and developing field sales teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare proposals and deliver presentations at a senior level.
- Proven negotiation skills and a focus on exceeding customer expectations.
- High proficiency in MS Office and experience of using CRM software.
- A driving licence and a flexible approach to work due to regular travel.
