What you'll be doing
  • Deliver and manage profitable sales growth with your designated region.
  • Lead, develop and drive the performance of your Area Sales Team.
  • Attend joint customer service visits and regular KPI meetings.
  • Develop and monitor sales systems and procedures, and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Compile sales reports for the Regional Sales Director.
What we're looking for
  • A proven track record in sales within the hire and construction related industries.
  • Demonstrable experience of leading and developing field sales teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare proposals and deliver presentations at a senior level.
  • Proven negotiation skills and a focus on exceeding customer expectations.
  • High proficiency in MS Office and experience of using CRM software.
  • A driving licence and a flexible approach to work due to regular travel.
