What you will be doing
  • Process and track purchase orders, ensuring accuracy, timely delivery, and compliance with company standards.
  • Work closely with the Procurement Manager/consultants to gather information, support supply chain analysis, and assist with retendering activities.
  • Support suppliers through the onboarding process and help manage contractor systems (e.g., Builders Profile).
  • Build positive relationships with suppliers, coordinate delivery schedules, resolve issues, and help maintain quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate records, analyse performance data, and prepare clear reports for colleagues and managers.
  • Work with procurement, finance, and operations teams to support shared goals, including audits.
  • Identify risks, address delays or shortages, and help implement practical solutions.
About you
  • Experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Confident communicator with effective stakeholder and supplier skills.
  • Experience using supply chain or procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) plus strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Analytical approach with good attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
