Senior Business Development Manager - Soft FM Services

£40,000 - £50,000 basic salary | OTE £70,000 - £80,000

The Role

You will be responsible for winning new business across a defined territory, targeting SME organisations (50-150 staff) across sectors including:

  • Accountancy & legal firms
  • Commercial offices
  • Industrial & manufacturing
  • Education
  • Professional services

You will be selling a multi-service Soft FM solution, including commercial cleaning, window cleaning, hygiene services and waste management.

This is a consultative, solution-led sale, focused on service quality, reliability and long-term value — not price.

The Progression Opportunity

This is not just another BDM role.

The plan is clear - hit your new business target, demonstrate structure and consistency, show your ability to support and influence others. Then move into a sales leadership role, managing a team of BDM's.

What we're looking for

A proven new business hunter who:

  • Has a strong track record in B2B service sales
  • Is structured in their approach to territory and pipeline management
  • Is credible at decision-maker level
  • Is motivated by progression into leadership
  • Brings energy, professionalism and consistency

Soft FM / facilities management experience is advantageous — but not essential.
