Position: Account Manager  - £28k to £30k pa (depending on experience).

Salary: £28k to £30k pa (depending on experience).

Details of this Account Manager role
  • Manage and proactively monitor the status of ongoing business from assigned customer accounts
  • Work directly with the client, providing assistance with ongoing projects and offering solutions and ideas when needed
  • Making recommendations for improvements, cost savings and innovation
  • Liaising directly with the Sales team, providing additional support with customers and briefs
  • Raise production job tickets through the site MIS system
  • Take ownership of any customer queries or complaints and proactively follow through to resolution
  • Monitor project costs and ensure all relevant charges are maintained, ready for invoicing
  • To deliver work on time and to a high standard as agreed.
  • To understand and adhere to the Company work processes, procedures, and policies
  • Develop, maintain, and update and understand the branch network and suite of products and services the business provides in order to deliver the best product and service to the client.
  • Flexible approach to work to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work calmly and effectively when under pressure of tight deadlines
  • Deliver ad-hoc duties as reasonably required by the manager
