What You'll Be Doing Here

We are looking for a Bid Manager to join the PTSG Water team. In this role, you’ll take ownership of our bids from start to finish, from deciding which opportunities to go for, right through to submitting the final proposal and reviewing the feedback. You’ll work closely with our Business Development, Operations, and Commercial teams to make sure our bids are accurate, on time, and represent exactly what we can deliver for our clients.

  • Managing the end-to-end process for tenders, quotes, and contract renewals.
  • Writing and editing bid content so that it is clear, easy to read, and addresses what the client actually needs.
  • Keeping our bid pipeline and internal approvals running smoothly so deadlines are met.
  • Gathering information from our technical experts and turning it into clear, customer-focused responses.
  • Looking after our bid library to ensure our templates, case studies, and supporting documents are always up to date.
Who We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in bid management, ideally within water treatment, utilities, or building services.
  • Solid writing and editing skills, with a track record of putting together successful submissions.
  • The ability to get your head around tender requirements and juggle several deadlines at once.
  • The confidence to work with different teams across the business to get the information you need.
  • Great attention to detail and a good grasp of the commercial side of things, like risk and pricing.
What We Offer

This is a permanent and full-time role (37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday), and you can truly switch off as there’s no on-call or weekend work, plus the office is closed during Christmas! We are dedicated to your growth and development offering flexibility and a family‑oriented culture with promotions from within. You'll also receive 24 days of holiday plus bank holidays and access to a Vivup employee benefits platform.
