About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our Egis Graduate programme while working on the Connect Plus Services Joint venture where you’ll have the opportunity to work a wide range of areas across the Project Delivery and develop a well‑rounded skill set with diverse business knowledge. Responsibilities
  • Support delivery on a range of renewals and improvements projects from design inception to close out, following construction project types varying from structures, tunnels, highways and technology across the M25 network
  • Identify and embrace change and promote innovations as the key to continuous improvement
  • Proactively establish relationships and dialogue with colleagues at all levels of the organisation and its stakeholders and, when applicable, provide support to the project delivery teams
  • Attend various internal team meetings as and when required
  • Support the delivery of the Business Sustainability activities
  • The opportunity to visit and share experiences with other Egis graduates across the global team and organisation
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2:1 or above, expected or achieved in Project Management subject or similar
  • Driving licence
  • Enthusiasm and results focus, together with an ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Competent in the use of Microsoft Office applications including Excel
  • Understanding of the importance of presentation skills, including the utilisation of visual tools to communicate outputs to various levels of the business and external stakeholders
  • Familiar with the concept of key performance indicator
