You’ll manage the space, guide the experience, and lead a team of JIM Hosts who help people feel seen, safe, and welcome.

• Host the space, lead and support a team of JIM Hosts who greet, guide, and connect with members and guests.
• Read the room, sense energy, tension, and joy, and adapt your presence to lift the collective experience.
• Curate a moving experience, design formats, moments, and interactions that feel alive and inclusive.
• Build an affirming and joyful culture, shaping the creative direction of JIM programming.
• Manage the environment, create spaces that are physically and psychologically safe, where lighting, music, scent, and tone all matter.
• Coordinate the details, oversee trainer scheduling, bookings, and invoices so everything runs smoothly.
• Connect the Hub, collaborate with Membership, Events, and F&B teams to create joined up social experiences.

• You bring warmth, humour, and intuition.
• You notice small details that make big differences.
• You model presence over perfection.
• You have experience in events, facilitation, performing arts, hospitality, or community building. Traditional gym or fitness experience is welcome but not required.
• You believe movement should feel enjoyable, coaching is a conversation, and belonging is strength.
• You lead while letting others shine.
