The roleWe’re looking for a Contract Manager - IT & Telco to join our collaborative Procurement & Commercial team, helping us deliver safe, sustainable and value-driven outcomes across a portfolio of IT programmes and projects. Working closely with colleagues and suppliers, you’ll provide trusted commercial expertise, foster strong partnerships, and ensure contracts are managed effectively from sourcing through to successful delivery.

You will- Partner with IT leaders and project teams to provide pragmatic commercial guidance across a broad range of programmes and contractual arrangements
- Build strong, trusted relationships with suppliers, supporting safe, high-quality delivery against contractual commitments and performance objectives
- Lead contract management activities, including sourcing support, commercial negotiations, contract administration and supplier performance management
- Identify opportunities to enhance value, sustainability and efficiency across the supply chain, always promoting safe and responsible ways of working
- Ensure compliance with internal governance, policies and regulatory requirements, helping to embed a culture of accountability, collaboration and safety
- Experience managing IT and/or Telecoms contracts, ideally across a varied and complex supplier landscape
- Strong commercial acumen, with confidence in drafting, interpreting and negotiating contractual agreements
- A collaborative and relationship-focused approach, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to balance competing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- A proactive and solutions-focused mindset, alongside a genuine commitment to safe, ethical and sustainable business practices
