Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP S/4

HANA Finance Implementation Specialist with expertise in consolidation, group reporting, Treasury, Tax and seed accounting. The specialist will design, configure, test and deploy comprehensive SAP S/4

HANA Finance solutions, ensuring seamless integration with cross‑function processes.

• Lead full end‑to‑end implementation of SAP S/4
  
  HANA Finance modules, including design, fit‑gap analysis, configuration, testing and deployment.
• Drive and manage SAP S/4
  
  HANA Group Reporting implementation projects, covering blueprinting, configuration, testing and go‑live support.
• Configure and customize SAP S/4
  
  HANA modules to meet specific business requirements.
• Implement and support SAP Group Reporting solutions, including data integration, consolidation and reporting.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP S/4
  
  HANA FICO and Group Reporting.
• Stay current with SAP S/4
  
  HANA and Group Reporting trends and technologies.
• Manage master data: create and maintain Company Code, GL Accounts, Ownership rates, Trading Partners, Class, and Fund Hierarchy.
• Design cash transfer processes to/from entities for seed investments and redemptions, and record seed funds in custody accounts in the UK.
• Build processes for dividends, revaluation, translation and related market functions for seed investments.
• Develop general ledger and period‑end accounting processes for seed investments, including monthly gain/loss analysis, hedge integration, and trial balance preparation at the fund level.
• Design financial statement presentation of seed investments, including deconsolidation, cash flow statements, and compliance reporting.
• Prepare disclosure schedules for risk teams, external audits and third‑party capital disclosures.

• Business Development – contribute to proposals, RFPs, bids, client pitches and event hosting.
• Internal Contribution – participate in campaign development, think‑tanks, whitepapers, and practice development.
• Learning & Development – access training and certification opportunities to support career growth.

• Extensive hands‑on experience with SAP S/4
  
  HANA FICO and Group Reporting.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4
  
  HANA Finance processes (New GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting).
• Proven experience implementing SAP Group Reporting solutions.
• Excellent knowledge of SAP S/4
  
  HANA configuration tools and techniques.
• Experience managing teams and multiple work streams in complex delivery environments.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in proposition building and delivery.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Preferred: SAP Group Reporting or CFA certification.
• Experience with SAP S/4
  
  HANA Cloud.
• Knowledge of industry‑specific regulations (IFRS, US GAAP).
• Preferred: S/4
  
  HANA certifications.

Base locations may be London, Manchester or Glasgow. Flexibility for assignment location and occasional travel is required.
