As Product Manager, you’ll be the beating heart of the product journey – from idea to launch and everything in between.

This is a hands‑on, customer‑facing role, perfect for someone who enjoys combining technical knowledge with commercial awareness. You’ll be gathering market insights, shaping product direction, supporting sales teams, training customers, and feeding back into R&D.

You’ll also have the chance to travel internationally – attending exhibitions and visiting key customers.

• Managing the full product lifecycle – from development to delivery
• Acting as a product expert across all global channels
• Working with world‑class brands and partners
• Shaping new product ideas and business cases
• Collaborating closely with Sales, R&D and Production
• Leading training sessions and providing post‑sales support
  
  Representing the business at international events and exhibitions
• Feeding customer insights back into product development

• 2+ years in a product management or technical‑commercial role
• HND / Degree in Engineering, STEM or equivalent experience
• Excellent communication skills – written, verbal and digital
• Strong interpersonal skills – able to build great relationships
• A logical mind with a creative, problem‑solving approach
• Confidence engaging across email, phone, face‑to‑face, and social platforms
• Passion for innovation, improvement, and global tech
