Senior QS / Commercial Manager
Glasgow – 2 days from home, 36‑month contract. Virtual interview. Mon‑Fri.
Certain Advantage is partnering with a key client to recruit a Senior QS / Commercial Manager. The role involves developing procurement strategies, contract management plans and ITT processes, including supporting competitive and compliant tender submissions.
Responsibilities- Manage the tender process end‑to‑end, including preparation of documentation, commercial evaluation of bids, and supplier negotiations to achieve best value outcomes.
- Cost planning, estimating, and benchmarking.
- Procurement strategy development.
- Commercial risk identification and pricing.
- Stakeholder engagement across bid, design, and delivery teams.
- Experience in pre‑contract and tendering within major infrastructure projects, with strong commercial acumen and analytical skills.
- MRICS and/or MCIPS preferred.
