NHS National Services Scotland is seeking relief dispatchers for the West Ambulance Control Centre in Cardonald, Glasgow. This role supports 24‑hour Accident and Emergency cover and requires precision, adherence to SOPs and the ability to work as part of a tight-knit team.
Relief shifts are planned 4 weeks in advance, with 12‑hour shifts. Training involves a 2‑week internal course or a 3‑week external course, followed by up to 8 weeks of mentorship within the Centre.
