DBD is seeking a Change Manager to ensure new operating models, standardised processes and reporting tools are adopted and embedded, not just designed. You will own the human side of change, from user journeys and personas through to communications, training and adoption tracking.
You will define personas, develop adoption plans, design stakeholder communications, and create training materials to help staff operate new processes and tools confidently.
