Senior Business Analyst

SThree are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Business Analyst to join our growing team on a permanent basis, based in Glasgow.

In this hybrid role, you will collaborate with stakeholders across the business, translate challenges into clear requirements, and lead the end-to-end delivery of new features and enhancements. • Work with stakeholders across the business to understand needs, challenges, and opportunities.
• Act as Product Owner for key initiatives, managing and prioritising the product backlog.
• Translate requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Shape and communicate product vision and roadmaps.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of features working with developers, designers, QA, and more.
• Analyse product performance and identify areas for enhancement.
• Champion the voice of the customer through research and continuous feedback.
• Drive continuous improvement across product and delivery processes.

• 3+ years' experience in Business Analysis, Product Ownership, or in a similar role.
• Proven delivery within Agile / Scrum environments.
• Demonstrated ability to gather, analyse, and translate requirements into actionable outputs.
• Experience managing product backlogs and developing or influencing product roadmaps.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Familiarity with data analysis techniques; experience with SQL or BI tools is a plus.
• Experience working closely with UX/UI teams, developers, and cross-functional squads.
• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or similar certification
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent Agile certifications
