Change Manager, Business

• Lead the planning, coordination and delivery of business change activities across one or more complex transformation initiatives
• Develop and maintain integrated change delivery plans aligned to programme milestones and delivery schedules
• Lead planning and facilitation of impact assessment workshops
• Identify, assess and validate people impacts
• Develop and maintain workstream business readiness plans across multiple teams
• Collaborate with programme stakeholders, business leads and transformation colleagues
• Develop and coordinate stakeholder engagement approaches across business areas
• Build strong working relationships and maintain stakeholder confidence throughout delivery
• Coordinate operational readiness activities so teams are prepared to adopt new ways of working
• Contribute to change management methodologies, standards, templates and organisational best practice
• Provide leadership and coaching to Change Analysts
• Report to the Head of Change

• Significant experience leading business change activities within complex transformation programmes or large-scale organisational change initiatives
• Strong leadership skills and ability to coordinate multiple work streams, priorities and stakeholders simultaneously
• Extensive experience leading readiness planning, organisational adoption and change implementation activities
• Experience planning and facilitating workshops, impact assessments and business readiness sessions with diverse stakeholders
• Ability to analyse complex business change and translate it into practical change and readiness activities
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• Ability to influence and build credibility at all organisational levels
• Confidence engaging senior leaders, Programme Managers, Business Analysts and operational teams
• Strong planning, organisation and programme coordination skills within complex delivery environments
• Experience supporting large-scale transformation business change
• Experience leading organisational readiness or business adoption activities
• Knowledge of organisational change management principles, methodologies and frameworks such as Prosci ADKAR or similar
• Experience using collaboration tools such as MS Teams, Jira, Confluence, Miro or similar

Demonstrates expertise in leading complex transformation initiatives and business change activities, with a strong focus on stakeholder engagement, organisational readiness, and change management methodologies. Proficient in planning, coordinating, and facilitating workshops and assessments to ensure successful adoption of new processes.
