Arcus FM Limited is seeking a Contract Coordinator to join our Cirencester site on a permanent basis, delivering service expectations across key areas and coordinating with clients and internal teams.
You will manage inbound calls, capture job requirements in our in-house software, and liaise with contractors to obtain updates and ETAs, while supporting the Account Manager to meet client objectives and KPI targets.
