We’re looking for a Product Manager to own and drive the roadmap for Learn, one of YOOBIC’s core product pillars.
YOOBIC is the frontline employee experience platform. More than 350 global brands across retail, hospitality and manufacturing use YOOBIC to give their frontline teams a single mobile app for everything they need to perform: their day‑to‑day tasks and workflows through Work, their training and development through Learn, and their internal communications through Communicate.
We build for people who don’t sit at a desk — including store associates, restaurant teams and field staff — and we obsess over making their working day simpler, faster and more engaging.
YOOBIC Learn is how hundreds of thousands of frontline employees are onboarded, upskilled and certified. It brings together mobile‑first microlearning, gamification, role‑based learning paths, AI‑assisted course creation and adaptive quizzes. Our customers use it to reduce onboarding time, improve product knowledge on the shop floor and turn training into measurable business performance.
As Product Manager for Learn, you’ll decide what we build, what we deliberately don’t build and why. You’ll take that thinking all the way through to shipped, adopted and measurable outcomes, working with the Product Director as your strategic partner.
You’ll collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Pre‑sales, Implementation, Customer Success and Support to align product initiatives with our wider business objectives. You’ll also be a visible driver of innovation across the product portfolio.
AI creates significant opportunities for Learn — from richer ways to create and adapt content to personalised learning and a clearer understanding of how training changes performance on the frontline. Much of that opportunity is still ahead of us, and this role exists to help us realise it.
What You’ll Own Product Strategy & RoadmapYou’ll own the direction of Learn, deciding where the product is going, what we build and what we deliberately choose not to pursue.
You will:
Develop a clear point of view on frontline learning, informed by customer conversations, product usage data and insights from our customer‑facing teams.
Own and prioritise the Learn roadmap in partnership with the Product Director.
Make clear, evidence‑based decisions about product priorities and trade‑offs.
Define the customer and commercial value of product initiatives before committing resources to them.
Build a roadmap that you can confidently explain and defend to customers, internal teams and the executive leadership team.
Connect the Learn strategy to YOOBIC’s wider product and business objectives.
You’ll turn customer problems and ambiguous ideas into clear, testable product opportunities.
You will:
Speak regularly with customers and frontline users to understand their needs, behaviours and challenges.
Combine qualitative customer insight with product usage data and commercial feedback.
Distinguish between isolated customer requests and broader market patterns.
Define the user, the problem they’re trying to solve and why the current experience is failing them before proposing a solution.
Create clickable prototypes, realistic mock data and working concepts to make ideas tangible before Engineering commits significant time.
Use early testing and feedback to validate assumptions, refine scope or stop work that won’t create sufficient value.
You’ll work closely with Design, Engineering and QA to turn validated opportunities into high‑quality product experiences.
You will:
Translate product opportunities into clear requirements and outcomes that teams can build against.
Write your own product specifications and create prototypes where written documentation alone isn’t enough.
Work alongside Design, Engineering and QA throughout delivery.
Keep scope focused and ensure the team remains aligned on the problem being solved.
Unblock decisions quickly and manage trade‑offs as new information emerges.
Stay close enough to delivery to identify and…
