Strathclyde Business School is seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual to join as Faculty Officer (Strategic Planning) for a 12 month fixed term maternity leave.
Working closely with the Faculty Manager and Faculty Executive Team, you will play a key role in supporting the School's strategic planning, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement activities. You will coordinate the annual planning cycle, monitor key performance indicators, support major strategic projects,undertake analysis and benchmarking activities, and provide high-quality reports and recommendations to inform decision making.
We are looking for an individual ideally with experience ofworking within a university environment, excellent analytical and organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously. You will be a confident communicator with strong report-writing skills and a passion for innovation, data-driven decision making, and operational excellence.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their strategic planning, project management and stakeholder engagement experience.
The post is offered at 0.8fte (28hrs per week). The work pattern can be flexible and will be negotiated with the successful candidate, although on campus working will be required. Please note that the University are unable to provide sponsorship for thispost.
