Compliance Manager — Glasgow | Hybrid | Reporting to Finance Director

We’re looking for a detail-driven, proactive Compliance Manager to take charge of ensuring our business meets the highest standards. This role goes beyond box-ticking — you’ll be shaping compliance strategies, spotting risks before they become problems, and building a culture of continuous improvement.

• Developing and delivering compliance strategy and frameworks.
• Leading internal audits to check policies and processes are being followed.
• Managing ISO accreditations (ISO
  9001, ISO
  27001, ISO
  22301, ISO
  45001, ISO
  14001).
• Overseeing PCI and FCA compliance requirements.
• Managing and testing business continuity plans.
• Identifying risks and working with senior leaders to address them.
• Drafting, updating, and rolling out practical policies.
• Building strong relationships with auditors, insurers, and cyber security partners.
• Spotting opportunities for smarter ways of working and driving improvements.

• 3+ years’ experience in compliance, risk, or audit.
• Experience with ISO standards and external audits.
• Strong background in policy writing and review.
• Knowledge of data protection legislation and its impact on businesses.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confident working in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Detail-focused, organised, and commercially aware.
• Comfortable producing both detailed reports and clear exec-level summaries.
