We’re looking for a Compliance & Facilities Co-ordinator who thrives on structure, precision, and continuous improvement.

You’ll take ownership of ISO 9001 standards, internal audits, and the day-to‑day running of our site, ensuring every system, process, and fix meets the highest standard. If you love spotting inefficiencies and turning them into smooth, compliant solutions — this role’s for you.

• Lead ISO 9001 compliance and support wider ISO frameworks (27001, 22301, 14001, 45001).
• Plan and deliver internal audits, ensuring processes meet policy and regulatory requirements.
• Manage site standards — overseeing maintenance, repairs, and reactive fixes that keep operations running seamlessly.
• Drive Health & Safety and environmental best practice across the workplace.
• Review, refine, and improve compliance processes to keep us ahead of the curve.

• 3+ years’ experience in compliance, auditing, or facilities management.
• Hands-on experience with ISO 9001 audits and implementation.
• Strong eye for detail and a passion for maintaining high standards.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• NEBOSH or IOSH qualification (preferred).
