Job Description Our Programme Advisory team specialises in the strategy, set-up and transformation of major programmes and asset owning enterprises within the transport, defence, utilities, and power sectors in the UK and internationally.

The Opportunity:

We are seeking to recruit enthusiastic, talented, and proactive individuals who have hands on change management experience and are passionate about delivering tangible results for clients.

Change and transformation is at the heart of the Programme Advisory Team. We work across the entire lifecycle, conducting diagnostic reviews, designing operating models, delivering transformation programmes, and managing business change activity to embed new ways of working.

As a Principal Consultant your key responsibilities will include:

Leading change and transformation work streams, providing guidance and direction to team members and client staff

Leading the delivery of key client deliverables (e.g., change strategies, communication & engagement plans, presentations, and reports)
Designing and facilitating client workshops and presentations

Managing client relationships

Identifying and realising business development opportunities

Leading or contributing towards the preparation of bid proposals or managing key bids Leading internal initiatives within the Programme Advisory team, such as the development of transformation products and methodologies

Mentoring junior members of the Programme Advisory team

Line managing junior staff (where applicable)
Qualifications We would expect experience in multiple of the capabilities listed below at an Expert level (Subject Matter Expert and trusted advisor with applied knowledge in a variety of environments).Ideally experience working in a consulting environment (other consultancies or as an internal consultant) or be able to demonstrate a consulting skillsetA proven track record of…
