Duties:

In this role, you will take the lead in overseeing the carer payment process, ensuring carers are paid accurately and on time, reflecting the vital contribution they make every day. You will also coordinate and deliver events and engagement activities, creating opportunities for carers to connect, learn, and feel recognised. Your work will directly support the smooth running of the service and strengthen relationships with carers, helping us maintain high-quality, person-centred support.
