PMO Business Analyst

Our client, a top global organization, is looking for an experienced AI Enabled – PMO & Business Analyst to lead complex security and encryption-focused initiatives within a large-scale enterprise environment.

This role is essentially a Governance, Reporting & Business Analysis Lead for an enterprise AI program supporting tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Grok, Gemini, and future AI products. A Senior PMO/Business Analyst role focused on governance, reporting, demand management, compliance, and operational oversight for a large-scale enterprise AI program.

Own Program Governance

• Maintain and update RAID logs, decision registers, action trackers, scope baselines, and procedures documentation.

Lead Reporting & Management Information (MI)

• Prepare weekly and monthly leadership reports covering program status, KPIs, adoption metrics, support trends, and testing performance.

Manage Demand Intake Process

• Capture, prioritize, route, and track business requests for AI features, enhancements, and support until closure.

Perform Business Analysis

• Gather requirements, document business processes, create acceptance criteria, and work closely with Product, Engineering, and QA teams.

Support Program Administration

• Coordinate meetings, maintain minutes and action items, manage distribution lists, access requests, licensing, onboarding, and vendor administration.

• Create and maintain dashboards (Power BI/Excel) that provide a consolidated view of support, engineering, QA, and overall program health.

Ensure Compliance & Audit Readiness

• Maintain evidence, documentation, and operational records required for governance reviews and audits.

• 8+ years in PMO, governance, reporting, or business analysis within enterprise technology, plus at least 1 year working on AI-related projects.

• Strong PMO governance, advanced Excel, Power BI, Jira/Confluence, Service Now, requirements management, stakeholder coordination, and AI governance awareness
